Of course! We understand that finding childcare isn't always easy and we wouldn't want that to stand in the way of parents accessing support. We will do our best to work around the times that suit you and your baby best.

The number of sessions will depend on a number of factors including the severity and complexity of your difficulties and your goals. Once we have a good understanding of what you would like help with, we can provide more guidelines. Ultimately it's different for everyone and will always be tailored to you as an individual.

Yes, as well as online sessions we have in-person availability.

We always encourage parents to do whatever they need to during sessions. We don't want this time to feel stressful for you so if you need to feed, change, comfort your baby, or anything else - please do!

Yes! If you feel it could be beneficial for your partner to join then please discuss this with your therapist.
