About Me

I am a Counselling Psychologist working in private practice in Clapham Junction. I work with young people, adults and families. I offer a warm and down-to-earth approach to therapy and my main focus is on providing a safe and non-judgemental space to talk. I tailor therapy to meet individual needs and place particular value on building strong therapeutic relationships with the people that I work with.

My approach is collaborative which allows for the development of a shared understanding of difficulties with the aim of allowing individuals to feel heard and understood, as well as helping them to build on their strengths and make the desired changes in their lives. I have a special interest in working with individuals, couples and families during pregnancy and the early years of a child's life and offer specialist perinatal support.

I have many years’ experience working in mental health services within both charities and the NHS. I am an accredited member of the Health & Care Professions Council  (HCPC) and the British Psychological Society (BPS).
